Sarkodie teams up with KiDi for the new single “Deja Vu”, released on 16 October 2026. The track appears as the sole entry on a single‑release titled “Deja Vu”.
The song runs for 3 minutes and 57 seconds and carries an explicit content flag. It occupies the first and only position on the release.
“Deja Vu” follows a prolific period for Sarkodie, who has issued several singles in rapid succession this year. Recent titles include “EVERLASTING” (12 June), “Major League” (10 July), “IBRAHIM TRAORÉ” (18 July), “Blessed & Alive” (24 July), “E No Easy” (7 August) and “IDK” (25 August). This steady output underscores his continued presence on the Ghanaian and broader African music scene.
Beyond the latest collaboration, Sarkodie’s career is marked by notable achievements. Born Michael Owusu Addo on 10 July 1985, he has earned the Ghana Music Award for Artiste of the Decade and was named Best International Flow Artist at the 2019 BET Hip Hop Awards. Recognised as a key proponent of the Azonto movement, he is often described as a “multifaceted rapper” who frequently raps in Twi.
“Deja Vu” adds another collaborative single to Sarkodie’s 2026 catalogue, extending his pattern of frequent releases and cross‑artist partnerships.
